A small tool for
a very big world.

Meeting Time Overseas helps people arrange international calls without doing time-zone maths in their heads. It puts the date, local time and day difference together, then shows that same meeting moment across the world.

Built around real meeting problems

A time-zone abbreviation on its own can be ambiguous. “CST”, for example, is used in more than one part of the world. Choosing an actual city gives the converter a specific set of time-zone rules. The meeting date matters just as much: cities can change their clocks on different weekends, or not at all.

We show AM and PM everywhere. Dates appear with converted times, and repeated or skipped local times are flagged instead of silently choosing an answer. The map’s workday colours are a simple 9 AM–6 PM planning guide, not a promise that someone is available.

Data, accuracy & credits

What we can—and can’t—promise

The converter supports dates from 2000 through 2040 and applies the rules in its bundled edition. It handles seasonal clock changes, date rollovers and fractional-hour offsets. It checks local times by converting them back to the city you selected, which allows it to detect skipped and repeated times.

Governments sometimes change time-zone rules with little notice. Future dates use currently known rules, and city data may contain errors or omissions. No fixed data snapshot can guarantee 100% accuracy forever. Confirm important meeting details with the organiser, particularly after a rule change or for dates far in the future.

Last data packaging: 9 September 2026. A new site edition is needed when the source time-zone rules change. Conversions do not contact an external time service.
